Are you delivering the VCAL in a Special Development setting and feel a bit like a fish out of water at most VCAL PDs? We hear you! This is your opportunity to meet and mingle with likeminded educators from your sector, share ideas, concerns and ask questions that assist you to discover how to deliver a VCAL program which is rigorous and meets the required standards.
Tackling your SD VCAL program from a student first angle will help your students to successfully complete VCAL outcomes. Knowing your student’s passion and interest – do they learn visually, sensory, auditory, hands on? Connecting this knowledge with that of your VCAL teaching team = Success!
Facilitated by Cherie Osta – multiple VCAA VCAL award recipient with a background in the SD sector, this Masterclass will not disappoint! Bring your team and walk away with a VCAL delivery plan!
Cherie Osta is a multiple award winning VCAL teacher (including Teacher of the Year and Program Delivery), a dynamic conference presenter, VCAL Liaison Teacher and VALA committee member with over 8 years of working in applied learning at Lorne P-12 College where she currently holds the positions of VCAL, welfare and special needs coordinator as well as program development.
