3. Confirm the minutes of the 2016 AGM held on Wednesday, October 12, 2017 at Brunswick Business Incubator, 420 Victoria Street Brunswick
4. Receive reports on the activities of the 2017-2018 year.

5. Elect the officers of the Association – All positions* become vacant at the AGM
Voting is available to one representative of each financial member organisation or financial individual members.

6. Appoint the auditor

  • Penny Carroll, Outer Eastern Bookkeeping

7. Close meeting

* Committee members should be able to fulfil all duties and obligations required of the position, including attend meetings of the committee and become appropriately conversant with the duties and responsibilities of the VALA committee, members and VALA contractors.
