About Membership

VALA is the only professional (not for profit) organisation offering professional development tailored to vocational and applied learning educators. It supports classroom practice through professional development and learning events, exposing you to current methodologies, innovations and ideas. It brings you in contact with other teachers in this field and provides a community of practice that will enhance and support you and your practice.

Fees

2026 fees (includes GST)

  • Individuals $126.50 (Tax deductible)

  • Organisations (4 members) $330 pa: additional members $66 each
  • Unlimited Organisation (unlimited number of members from one organisation) $1023 p.a.
  • Students $22 (Only university provided student email addresses are accepted for this membership category).
